Did you know one of the effects of so-called Multi-Tasking is "Attention Residue". Your brain is not doing multiple things at once. It is rapidly shifting attention from one task to another. Each time you switch, your brain leaves a small portion of attention behind. It's time to clean up attention residue by Mono-Tasking.
