We always thought all Titanosaurs were giant. We were wrong.

Meet Chadititan calvoi. Discovered in Rio Negro, Patagonia, Argentina in 2025.

It was only 7 meters / 23 feet long. About the size of a school bus. While its cousins were 25-30 meters and weighed 70 tons, this one was small, gracile, with straight slender limbs. A completely different body build.

It lived in the Late Cretaceous, in the Anacleto Formation, about 75 million years ago. Scientists found its leg bones - femur, tibia, fibula and tail vertebrae.

For years we imagined Patagonia ruled only by colossal giants. Now we know it was also home to elegant, smaller Titanosaurs that moved faster and lived differently.

This changes everything we thought about Titanosaur evolution.

A new duck-billed relative was hiding in Portugal.

Meet Cariocecus bocagei. It lived about 125 million years ago and is the first Iguanodontian skull ever found in Portugal. The reconstructed skull is 45 cm long.

The discovery includes actual fossil parts of the skull roof and braincase, plus a 3D reconstruction with the braincase endocast. It was officially described in 2025.

This is a Tyrannosaurus Rex, the most famous dinosaur in history.

About this photo: He is standing alone on a cliff in the early morning fog. The sun is rising behind the mountains. He looks lonely, like the last king of his world.

Real facts about him:
1. Size: 40 feet long and 12 feet tall, as big as a school bus.
2. Time: He lived 68 million years ago.
3. Power: His bite force was 12,000 pounds, the strongest of any animal that ever lived on land.
4. Story: Scientists believe that even the strongest predator sometimes lived alone.

Millions of years ago, he ruled the Earth. Today, only his story is left on this mountain.

He is not roaring in anger.
He is calling someone from the other side of the mountain.

His family is lost in the fog. He can smell them but he cannot see them. So he is standing on the highest rock and calling them loudly.

The whole valley is listening to him.

It's raining heavily in the jungle. The sky is dark.

Suddenly, this giant T-Rex comes out from the trees and opens his huge mouth. You can see the rain falling on his teeth. His eyes are glowing yellow in the dark.

He is not attacking. He is just roaring loudly to tell everyone - "This is my jungle."

If you look at this photo for 10 seconds, you can almost hear his roar. You can feel the rain on your face too.

This is how powerful nature was, millions of years ago.

Now tell me honestly - If you were standing in front of him right now, in this rain, would you stay and take a photo or would you run for your life?
