The UNSRC Korean Cultural Society (KCS) successfully held its first in-person event since the pandemic 28 March 2024, with the cooperation of the Korean Cultural Center New York (KCCNY) and Kimbap Lab, to bring a unique cultural experience: a kimbap (Korean seaweed rice roll) making event! This event was a wonderful opportunity to dive into the rich culinary traditions of Korea and learn how to make delicious kimbap, a popular Korean dish. Around 30 KCS members and non-KCS participants attended the event at the KCCNY's beautiful new building with Dan Ahn from Kimbap Lab as the presenter/instructor.
