Hello Everyone,

Bearded Hugs apologizes for the inactivity these past few months. As it’s run by the two founders alone, a lot of personal reasons have caused us to go on a hiatus at the moment. Nevertheless, we continued to received donations from a couple of our supporters. The latest shout out goes to Georgianna Souther Emrich for knitting every single one of these hats to give out to our receivers. We are super grateful!!!

On Sunday, June 7th, Bearded Hugs had the wonderful opportunity of being involved in giving out food to the homeless population at the ferry terminal on both the Staten Island and Manhattan side. This was organized by the wonderful Marie Ivertus and Bearded Hugs was honored to be a part of it. Bearded Hugs contributed by adding kits while Marie Ivertus made the delicious meals, giving them one big bag of happiness! Bearded Hugs has decided to get involved with Marie's cause on a monthly basis and we will do our part in providing our famous essential kits. We would like to thank Genesis Gonzalez Kipepeo Bubby, and Turenne Maitre for making this possible. Thank you all for allowing us to be a part of this.

Hello Everyone,

The goal of this post is to send positive vibes to every single person hurting from everything that is currently happening. The death of George Floyd sent shockwaves, not only to our nation, but to the world. The human race came together in solidarity to fight for our black brothers and sisters that are hurting. That speaks volumes. Bearded Hugs stands with anti-racist advocates and champions in their continuous fights for racial justice. This is the only way that change takes effect.

Although COVID-19 has paused our production processes, we will be supporting the community by providing essential kits to anyone who would like them. Please send us a message of inquiry if you are interested, for details. Thank you all and have a safe and blessed day!

In this great time of crisis, Bearded Hugs will temporarily halt all donations. We will not be receiving or giving out donations at this time as everyone’s safety comes first. Thank you for the continuous inquiries. You all are great. For our partners who are collecting for us, please put a stop to it until further notice.
