I want to thank Fr. Kevin McBrien at Sacred Heart in Glendale for reaching out to my Middle Village Office about a downed tree on their property and a huge thank you to the Queens Parks Department for having the tree removed before Sacred Heart’s graduation this Friday. I also appreciate the efforts of my office team!

This past weekend, my office team and I were at many community events including a Day of Hope events by Calvary Assembly of God Church in Ozone Park and Faith Assembly Church I. Richmond Hill, a bird watching event in Kew Gardens, a Richmond Hill-South Ozone Park Health Fair and the Friends of Babbage and Bessemer block party.

Also this past weekend, I had the honor of presenting Senate Citations to the recent Eagle Scouts of Troop 96 at a ceremony held at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church Hall in Forest Hills. Congratulations to Peter Grande, Christopher Wong and Julian Hayes Diaz!
