This past weekend, East Side House Settlement partnered with The WVI Dolphin Foundation, Hydro-Québec, and Champlain Hudson Power Express for the Leadership + Mentorship Program Module: Civics in Action.
 
Through engaging discussions on leadership, civic responsibility, and community engagement, participants explored what it means to create positive change - and then put those lessons into action by packing and distributing food to community members in need.

At East Side House’s Mitchel Community Center, sports are about more than staying active - they help our after-school students build confidence, teamwork, communication skills, and leadership both on and off the court.
We’re especially proud of four of our students who participated in the Jr. Knicks All-Star Game, representing ESH with excellence and sportsmanship. An unforgettable experience and one of many accomplishments ahead for these amazing young people!
