The affordable housing lottery has launched for Glenmore Manor, an 11-story mixed-use building at 76 Christopher Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Designed by Think! Architecture and Design and developed by African American Planning Commission, the structure yields 233 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 233 units for residents at 30 to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $22,492 to $160,720.
The amenities include 24-hour security, fitness room, a shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, bike storage, package room, community room, tenant storage, party room, and outdoor courtyard.
