Attention ALL CAYUGA COUNTY RESIDENTS!

UPDATE:

All Cayuga County 911 and ten digit lines are working properly again. Verizon was able to identify and resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.


Attn Cayuga County Residents:
ALL of our 911 / Admin telephone lines are currently down.
However, if you have an emergency and call 911, your call WILL be answered by a dispatcher in Seneca County. They will either forward the calls to a cellphone in our center, OR take the information and give it to us to dispatch the appropriate responders.
If you have a non-emergency: there are a few phone lines that will access our center directly.
