Anyone in Tyner area, thinking of getting Hughes Net,, dont,,, its slow as dial up,and i have called and called and they havent done anything,, said they would send someone out but never have,, I hate it.

DO NOT get Hughes.net This company is the biggest scam. They signed my retired parents up for internet service and right from the get go it didn't work. Now they are being told it will take 45 days for a refund! 45 days?! The service wasn't working from the day it was "installed".
This is most deceptive company and they take advantage of the elderly ..They do nothing towards resolving an issue . They offered my mother- in-law 10gb of data for a lower price and of course she ends up paying for$ 79. 00 a month and while she is on the phone to them trying to find out what is going , I call there sales department and give our address and they tell me for $ 59.00 dollars she can get 15 gb , so I get on the phone the guy eventually agrees that yes that should be the offer she is receiving , we get the bill this month , now it's going to be $ 99.00 a month ,I call and get the run around again....Better Business Bureau here we come and I am telling everyone I know....Deceptive Business Practice
