We talked everything over and began the process and now she’s a Future Sailor. Thank you for being patient and trusting me as your recruiter! I want to say congratulations to Richard Mitchell] for joining the Navy and becoming a Future Sailor ⚓️ AGAIN!!!! First time dealing with this situation as a recruiter but I’m glad I was able to help. Richard Mitchell] join the Navy back in May, but due to a failed drug test at MEPS he was taking out of the program. Since the Navy is the only branch allowing applicants to join 90 days after a failed drug test at MEPS we were able to get him a waiver and get him back in the Navy! I’m proud of you for now giving up and not getting down on yourself and letting your past overcome your future! Appreciate you trusting me as your recruiter and I’ll see you on the other side !! ⚓️✊🏾

He didn’t join then but just from the time to time conversations he told me he was ready!
