The James, Circa 1915 The James is a historic apartment building, constructed in 1915.

Originally a "kit" building from Sears and Roebuck, it is now going through a complete renovation to bring it back to its original glory.

One of the unique features of the building is the carriage house, one of few still remaining. Yes. It is leaning but is stable for now. We will restore that at a later date. For now, it's home to much of the original interior trim for the apartment building that will be going back up.
