Details: NU Water Crews will be constructing a water line replacement on Highway 321 between Old Greeneville Highway and Good Hope Road. Details: Water Crews are currently tending to a water leak on Woodlawn Avenue that is also affecting the downtown Newport area.

Some customers may be experiencing discolored water in this area- these conditions are temporary and will subside once the repair process is complete. Once repairs are made and water pressure is restored at your location, open a cold-water facet and let water flow until clear. When available, use an outside spigot.

Thanks to the help of our amazing crews, our 24/7 kiosk has been re-located quicker than anticipated! The kiosk is now located along the ORNL drive-thru next to NU's Main Office (170 Cope Boulevard). This new location will provide more shade for a better user experience. Please continue to use caution in the area, as the ORNL building is still under construction.

Details: NU Water Crews will be installing a new fire hydrant around the Newport Fire Department area of Smith Street. Crews will have the street reduced to one lane with flaggers directing traffic. Please use caution in the area and take an alternate route, if possible.
