đź’§ WATER TANK MAINTENANCE | 411 Tank

NU water crews will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the 411 Water Tank (located off of Old Sevierville Highway). NU plans on removing the tank from service on Thursday, April 30th, 2026. The scheduled service will take approximately 4 weeks for complete restoration.

Areas affected include:
• Old Sevierville Highway
• Old Highway 411
• Bridges Chapel Road
• Azalea Way
• Beechwood Road

NU conducts routine Water Tank Maintenance to ensure clean, safe water for our customers. Water will remain completely safe during maintenance. Customers may encounter a temporary drop in water pressure or discoloration while crews work. If discoloration persists, open a cold-water faucet and let the water flow until it runs clear.

A few of our “Leading Ladies” had a great time at the Cocke County Partnership’s Leading Ladies Luncheon honoring Jeanne Birdwell yesterday.

Jeanne, who previously served as both an alderwoman and the Mayor of the City of Newport, is a great example of female leadership. We were proud to be in attendance with all of the amazing female leaders of our community!
