Harvey County Conservation District The Harvey County Conservation District serves the cities of Burrton, Halstead, Hesston, Newton, Sedgwick and Walton, Kansas.

Our mission is to work with people to help the land. The Harvey County Conservation District works to provide technical, financial and educational programs to help the people of Harvey County conserve, improve and sustain a quality environment.

The Harvey County USDA Service Center is temporarily closed due to the lapse in Federal Government Funding.
The Harvey County Conservation District is open for business from a remote location.
District Manager Andrea Hamm can be reached at 316-249-3660 Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Celebrate back to school with a free classroom kit from KFAC!
This round of kits will have four separate kits for different grade groups, including a new one for 9-12th grades. Kits will be limited to one kit per Kansas teacher and will be sent out next week.
