Happy Birthday to the Grateful Dead!!!!

60 years ago today in San Jose, CA on 12/4/65, Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, Bill Kreutzmann, and Ron “Pigpen” McKernan played their first show under the moniker of The Grateful Dead. This date also coincides with the first public Acid Test the Dead and the Merry Pranksters ever put on. The location of this first gig was essentially a house party, hosted by one of Ken Kesey’s friends!!

One problem with built-in appliances is what to do when they break and the model has been "phased out" and there isn't a viable replacement. After many online searches and scheduling repair technicians who never show up I finally lucked into the best appliance repair technician I have ever encountered.

His initial visit determined that magnetron was bad and he would get back to me with the price to repair. I received an email with the price to repair before the end of the day. Once the part arrived he scheduled a return visit and completed the repair in an amazingly short time. Microwave works like new.

He works on all major appliances.

After much thought I have decided to evict MAGA from living rent free in my head. I harbor no illusions of conversion of those dedicated to the destruction of civil society. We only have what limited time allotted us in this life on this planet. My guess is everyone believes things could be better then they are and most would work to make it so. Hopefully this page will help foster the change that is so desperately needed.
