👶 Ready... Set... CRAWL!

The 17th Annual Baby Crawling Contest returns to the Cleveland County Fair on Friday, Sept. 11 at 6 p.m. in the Arena!

Entry is free, and it's always one of the fair's most entertaining family events.

Here's how it works:
• Register your baby between 5 and 6 p.m. in the Arena.
• Five babies compete in each heat.
• The fastest crawler across the finish line wins!
• First, second and third place prizes will be awarded.

Please note: Babies must crawl the entire distance to be eligible to win. Babies who stand or attempt to walk during the race will be disqualified.

To enter, stop by the Cleveland County Fairgrounds Office, 615 E. Robinson St., Norman, to pick up your coloring sheet during office hours: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Closed from 12–1 p.m.)

Entries must be turned in by 4:30PM TOMORROW!🏅

🖍️ Show off your creativity at the Cleveland County Fair Coloring Contest!
Kids and adults are invited to participate in this year's Annual Coloring Contest. Stop by the Cleveland County Fairgrounds Office, 615 E. Robinson St., Norman, to pick up your coloring sheet during office hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Closed from 12–1 p.m.)

🏅Ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 5th place in each age group, with entries judged on overall appeal and presentation.
Kids' age groups:
• 3–4 years
• 5–6 years
• 7–8 years
• 9–10 years
Adults are encouraged to join the fun, too!

‼️Completed entries are due by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 28, 2026, and may be mailed or dropped off at the Fairgrounds Office.

🚜 Ready... Set... Pedal!

The Pedal Pull Competitions are rolling into the Cleveland County Fair on Saturday, Sept. 12, with two exciting events for kids and families!

11 a.m. – Oklahoma State Pedal Pull Championship
Watch youth from across Oklahoma compete for the State Championship Title as they pedal child-powered tractors pulling weighted sleds in this exciting test of strength and determination.

1:30 p.m. – Cleveland County Pedal Pull Competition
Calling all Cleveland County kids! Youth ages 4–12 are invited to compete by pedaling child-powered John Deere tractors with weighted sleds in a timed event.

Competition Details
• Open to Cleveland County residents ages 4–12.
• Trophies will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place in each age group.
• Every participant will receive a participation ribbon.
• Tractors and equipment are provided.

Bring the family and cheer on these young competitors as they race for trophies, ribbons, and bragging rights at the Cleveland County Fair!

It's National Dog Day and the 7th Annual State Championship Wiener Dog Races are racing back to the Cleveland County Fair on Sunday, Sept. 13!

⏰Sunday, Sept. 13
12:30–1:30 p.m. – Dog Check-In (No pre-entry required!)
2 p.m. Races Begin

💰No Entry Fee!

🏅Awards
• Racing awards and premiums for the Top 20 finishers
• State Costume Contest awards for the Top 10 best-dressed dachshunds

Please note that all dogs must be true wiener dogs (dachshunds) and will be screened before racing.
