We’re thrilled to announce our evolution into something even more impactful -The Resonance Collective.

What began as a mission for equity and belonging in outdoor spaces has grown into a global movement for wholeness. Guided by six core pillars—Nature, Unity, Trust, Creativity, Wellness, and Belonging—we’re expanding our offerings to meet the moment with vision, courage, and heart.

In alignment with our healing arts branch at The Resonance Collective—part of our broader mission to create pathways to wholeness through leadership, innovation, and wellness—I’m doing some deep transformational art tonight over on my personal page

One of the pieces I’m working on is part of a Nature Based series designed for children’s museums, and it’s unfolding in real time. Transformational art can be a powerful tool for healing, and I’d love to share that process with you.

Friends--- I want to say Thank You. ❣️

To everyone that's given to us and DEI Outdoors as we expand into The Resonance Collective, or reached out with a kind word, or shared our post and fundraiser link: Thank you, from the absolute bottom of my heart. ✨️

I’ve been fighting for our lives—inch by inch, call by call, post by post, prayer by prayer. This journey has never been just about a business. It’s about Tiny’s joy. Our team’s survival. The birth of a vision. And my own dignity.

I’ve built this future on fumes and faith, and somehow, I’m still showing up. Even now, here in Berkeley—yes, smiling in that photo with Tiny—but still in one of the hardest seasons of my life.

This trip was booked long before the recent financial whirlwind. We’re here at the Bioneers Conference to grow The Resonance Collective, to connect, to vision, to plant roots. And I want to be real with you—it’s been beautiful, and it’s been brutal.

Thank you to every single person who’s donated, reached out, shared a word of encouragement, or held space. Your support is a lifeline. Not just financially, but emotionally and spiritually. I feel you. I’m grateful beyond measure.

We keep walking. And we keep building. All Forward Together.

Due to unforseen federal cuts DEI Outdoors is about to experience a significant financial gap. This gap is 30k. We've already secured 15k and we're calling on our community to support us in a time of crises to ensure that we can pay our staff. We know this gap is not permanent, as we have been able to secure long term funding through personal and commercial loans but we need to make payroll NOW. This kind of gap has the potential to put into question our ability to do the work at the scale that we're doing it. Personally, I don't want to scale back -- our work is too critical and I refuse to let the federal government scare me into scaling back. And I know I am not alone in this sentiment. I know this community supports the work that we do and wants to see it thrive.

Time is running out to register for the Fall DEI Outdoors Practitioner Course! Become a catalyst for change in outdoor organizations with the DEI Outdoors Practitioner Certification.

Explore strategies for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to foster social justice, facilitate impactful discussions, and drive meaningful transformation. This six-week virtual program gives participants the skills to drive systemic change in their organizations. By the end of this course, participants will be well-prepared to lead transformative journeys that make outdoor spaces more inclusive, accessible, and welcoming for all.

This is a 6-week course held from September 15th, 2024, to October 26th, 2024
