Betty Multisport We are a women's multisport club that offers professionally coached group swim, bike and run workouts in the Fox valley area. Who is Betty?

We encourage women of all fitness levels to join us. We are a group of women here to support and encourage each other in a fun and friendly yet competitive atmosphere. Whether you are a seasoned triathlete or just want to finish your first 5K, we are here to provide the professional coaching you need. We offer weekly coached swim, bike and run classes. Pick the workouts that you want to attend and

have a blast working hard and reaching your fitness goals. Our coaches and fellow athletes will push and encourage you to reach your full potential. It is the term used to describe an amazing person who you can depend on. The more you get to know her, the more you love being around her. She's chill yet hard working as well as kind and considerate. She's also independent and smart. She appreciates the simple things in life and can make anything good out of a bad situation.
