The locomotive is on a 14-state coast-to-coast tour celebrating Americaโ€™s 250th birthday and the legacy of the Transcontinental Railroad.

The Golden Spike Towerโ€™s 8th floor indoor observation deck will be closed to the public on Thursday, May 28 from 9:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM due to a private event.

The 7th floor outdoor observation deck will remain open to the public, and admission tickets will be half price during this time.

We thank you for your support and understanding.

We will resume regular business hours on Friday, May 29 from 9:00 AMโ€“7:00 PM.
