We're a month out from the return of two great summer series: LIVE ANIMAL PRESENTATIONS with a Naturalist from the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center and YOGA IN THE WOODS with Live a Little Fitness.

🦨 Live Animal Presentations with a Naturalist

Head to the Forest Treehouse and join a Squam Lakes Natural Science Center naturalist to meet two live wild animals you might encounter in New Hampshire’s forests, fields, or wetlands. Learn about their roles in larger ecosystems and discover the unique adaptations that help them thrive! 10:30am, select dates.

• Friday, 7/24 (Critter Communities)
• Friday, 8/7 (Home Sweet Habitat)
• Friday, 8/21 (Animals with Bad Reputations)
• Saturday, 9/12 (New Hampshire Wildlife)
• Sunday, 9/27 (Animal Adaptations)

🧘‍♀️ Yoga in the Woods

Ease into your morning with Yoga in the Woods at the Forest Treehouse. Designed for beginner to intermediate students, this class includes gentle poses and breathwork, all led by local instructor Margarita (owner of Live a Little Fitness at RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain).

Sundays in July and August, 7/12 onwards. Each session is $35, which includes a free 1 day admission pass to the Gorge any day this summer.
