Lately, life has asked me to hold more change than I ever imagined.
I am learning that being with myself does not mean having all the answers or pretending everything is okay. It means staying present with what is here, the grief, the uncertainty, the love, the fear, and the quiet moments of peace that still find me.
I am not trying to rise above my human experience. I am allowing my soul and my humanity to sit beside one another.
Some days, being mindful means breathing deeply, placing my hand over my heart, and reminding myself that I am here. I am safe within myself. I do not have to understand the entire path today.
Change can make us feel as though the ground beneath us is disappearing. But perhaps we are being invited to discover a deeper ground within, the steady presence that remains even when everything around us is shifting.
So I am giving myself permission to move gently. To rest when my body asks. To grieve what is changing. To appreciate what is still here. To listen without forcing an answer.
I am not abandoning myself in this season.
I am staying.
One breath. One moment. One sacred day at a time.
Happy Monday everyone ❤️
