NEWS FROM THE BANDSTAND:

Well, the concert season is officially over. The last concert was last night, with Dave and the Crew. They did not disappoint. They have fun doing what they do and we all have fun watching and listening to them doing what they do.

Thanks to all performers this year. Winter will soon be upon us, but we will have these warm memories to hang onto until next summer.

Thank you to all who came out to listen and/or came and bought a hot dog or fries.

Happy trails to you, until we meet again.

NEWS FROM THE BANDSTAND:

First concert of the year, Saturday, June 22. 5:00 - 7:00 PM. "David and the Crew" aka "The Family Band". There will be hot dogs, fries and drinks. Bring chairs or sit in your car.

NEWS FROM THE BANDSTAND:

The bandstand hosted 3 great concerts this summer;
1. June. "Wee Dram", a bagpipe and drum group out of the Bucksport area.
2. July. "Bill Mills" from Smyrna
3. August. "Hersey Family Band" ended our season this past weekend. The crowd was amazing and the band was doing great - until the rain moved in.

I predict you will be hearing more about this band in the future. We already have them booked for next summer.

Thank you musicians and thank all of you who came out to any of the concerts. Your support is important to us and beyond important to the performers. To be validated and have your talent acknowledged is a precious gift. Thank you all for giving that gift to these three groups.

We will see you next summer
