Since large groups are not safe right now, we decided to grab our #gloves #garbagebag #masks & #pickuptool and hike to the small but beautiful #redwoodgrove near our home. We met a young man who had built handrails as a #boyscout project and a group clearing the creek.

Family duties kept me from volunteering at the City’s Annual #Thanksgiving luncheon and #coat giveaway for seniors and others this year. This is my slideshow from last year of this favorite #Oaklandtradition started by #new #Americans who wanted to give back to their new country 28 years ago #koreanamericans served a few hundred at the #MasonicTemple. Now over 2000 are served each year.
