Thank you so much for the enormous response we have received so far from all of you who have taken advantage of the online renewal process and the positive feedback you’ve given us. And for those you who haven’t renewed yet, as we approach the deadline, remember you can renew online!
The Revenue Division had a temporary technical issue with a portion of our online payment system beginning last evening. While the system was allowing the entering of the figures and was still properly calculating the tax due, it was unable to take the payment information and process the actual payment. This was not a result of any malfunction on behalf of our new online system. Instead, it seems another component system that we have always used to process our payments was the problem. This minor problem was corrected this morning and the entire process can now be completed online once again. We appreciate your patience with our first year launch of the online renewal system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused in your effort to renew your business license online yesterday or this morning, and assure you it is back to working seamlessly.
If you are a business owner who doesn't have access to a computer or you would like help with the online process, we have 3 stations in the Business Tax Office for you to renew you Business Tax License online. Short on time? Renew online!
Revenue's online renewal is proving to be a success every day. 66% of all Business Tax Renewal Declarations received so far have been processed online. Remember, you have until Match 1st to renew your Business Tax Certificate. Short on time? Do it online!
Our awesome business owners are just as excited about our new online business tax renewal option as we are. You can renew from your home, business or come on into the office and take advantage of our 3 lobby kiosks where you can renew, pay and print your Business Tax Certificate within minutes.
