What does this mean? Time to refocus on energy innovation and making alternatives attractive like - Solar!

Best company retreat EVER!!!!
Solar sales people ARE actors!!!
Today 2 very nice Gen110 solicitors knocked on my door. I immediately asked it they were selling solar panels, and the answer was "Not necessarily". Couldn't get a yes or no out of them.

I don't want panels on my roof regardless of the savings, so I wish they hadn't wasted my time.
I am writing this in hopes that some one in executive management at gen110 or its parent company will know that not every one who signed up with their company is satisfied. I signed up in October and was told the project would take about 3-4 months it is now 6 months later and my system is still not up and running. They promise but don't deliver.
This is my letter to them and their project manager: Mr. Presta, apparently your assurance to your customers of promised work to be done lacks credibility and gives the appearance of being disingenuous. An apology for the lack of promised work does not get the job done. You stated the technicians would finish the work within 2 hours or at least make an appearance today. Regardless of whether their prior engagement took longer than anticipated I expected to be kept informed especially if they were not coming. I cannot in good conscious recommend your company to any of my friends and neighbors. I signed a twenty year contract with the belief that I was conducting business with a professional company who maintained proper and reliable subcontractors, obviously I was wrong. I wonder what other problems I will have with your system in the future as I have no confidence in your subcontractor or your technicians if they work directly for Gen110. I feel it necessary to voice my concern with higher management and my attorney to determine any further action due to the delay in the installation and service I signed up for 6 months ago. As a project manager I do not believe you have successfully preformed your duties.
Going solar with GEN110 was an excellent decision for our family. If you haven't gone solar yet, I highly recommend you make the change.
