AC Transit monitors Facebook during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (6 a.m.– 7 p.m.) and makes every effort to respond to questions or comments during those hours.
Customer Service-related questions or comments requiring an immediate response, such as trip planning assistance, can be directed to the AC Transit Call Center by dialing 511 and saying, “AC Transit”. Our Call Center is open Monday – Friday, 6 a.m.– 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.– 5 p.m.
While we appreciate your support and interest in AC Transit, there are some questions and comments to which we simply cannot respond via social media. If you have feedback, such as a complaint about our service, we ask that you fill out an online feedback form (bit.ly/8ZJ88G) so that we can research the problem. The typical response time for issues requiring research is 7 – 10 days.

While we encourage your comments and suggestions, we reserve the right to remove comments that are:
1.Commercial advertisements, spam, promotions of services or products;
2.About illegal activity;
3.Obscene, defamatory, or with fighting words or specific threats of serious bodily injury;
4.Specific or imminent threats;
5.An infringement on copyrighted or trademarked material;
6.Off-topic and unrelated to AC Transit.
We also have the right/ability to use or re-use, without permission, any images posted on our page or uploaded or submitted as part of an AC Transit contest or raffle on Facebook. (AC Transit employees are not eligible to win AC Transit contests of this type.)
