Do you remember paying for fares with tokens or dimes? It started with 10 cents in the 1960’s. 40 years later, children & seniors could ride for 65 cents.

I understand that AC Transit is trying to make things better by adding the Tempo 1T. But it's not safe. you created a fast lane for car who think this lane is an express lane for speed. when you created this lane did you take in account that it would be unsafe for pedestrian. I have almost been hit several time by cars because the think It give them the right to keep going even when they have the red light. Since you created this find a way to make it safe for your rider's please.
Which routes use the double-decker buses from San Francisco?
Hi, I have a question about powered/electric scooter 🛴 Is collapsible powered scooter allowed in ac transit bus? I've been told by bus driver it's not allowed because of the battery. But Online under Powered Scooter on Board" tittle, it stated collapsible scooter or folded scooter on board is permitted. Next paragraph power scooter that CANNOT FOLD....... is not permitted. Therefore under my impression since it's under the tittle "Powered Scooter on Board" as long as my powered scooter is folded I should be able to bring it inside the bus. Hence why I'm messaging you guys to know what exactly the rule is because the one on site is misleading. It's also kinda embarrassing and awkward when bus driver tells you off and you show them the site. It's not clear. They tell me I can't have it because it's powered scooter. Due to the scooter battery I can’t have it. I say I can since it's collapsible and the site just states Powered scooter that CANNOT be fold are..... not permitted. I just don't want to be in that situation again. So please let me know the answer and have your site to be more specific Thank you for your time. I hope to hear from you guys soon.
You have just suspended service on line 29, which I (a 72-year-old woman) depend on to get groceries. I know I am not the only one who deoends on this for essential travel. When will service be restored?
I am at Kaiser Oakland. I took the bus to get here to do a lab. I am outside trying to get home and every 57 bus that shows up is displaying a "drop off only" sign and refusing to pick up riders. I also noticed some of the Fruitvale buses doing this near the nursing homes. WTF?? Is this what I pay my taxes for???
Funeral Arrangements For James A. Sutton/Skyview Memorial Lawn 200 Rollingwood Drive, Vallejo,Ca. is on June 12, 2020. Viewing will be at 11:00am - 12:00 noon, Services will follow immediately after from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Flowers may be sent directly to the Funeral Home(707)644-7474.
I think it shameful that you have suspended operation when transit dependent working people must still show up to work. Including many of the folks securing the buildings that y’all seem to care more about than people. Shame that you intensify and are complicit in the war on working people. #BlackWorkersMatter
Has the number of people allowed on the bus changed? I'm on the 10 and it a full bus.
Hi I live in San leandro I want to let you guys know that just minutes ago (at 10:55am) a bus just stopped on hesperian boulevard right next to luckys I don't believe there's a stop sign there almost caused myself and 3 other vehicles to crash into him and each other looked like your driver was on his cell phone 😡
You're discontinuing the 96 during the COVID-19 crisis. It is the ONLY bus that goes to the West End of Alameda. I am now walking a mile each way to get groceries. At least I can walk, what about the people who can't?
Since BART has stopped running at 9pm, I called customer service to figure how to get home from San Francisco to Bayfair Bart. Leaving the city at 11pm. Customer service said I would have to take the orange line of Bart to my destination. I had to keep reminding the guy, BART doesn't run after 9pm. This told me the dude wasn't from around here. As Ac transit is hunkering down, you could provide your customer service with information about BART NOT RUNNING!! I talk to customer service from various companies in different countries and this service blows for those who are essential workers on the swing shift.
thank you AC transit for making sure other essential workers get to their jobs ! we appreciate you !!!
