Lisa Olsen's attempt to delay the accelerated review of her Supreme Court appeal was rejected. However, she was successful in delaying the signature gathering period to the point that we won't have enough time to get the recall vote on this November ballot, forcing a special election costing the taxpayers even more money.

We will continue to demand transparency, accountability, and due process no matter who resides in public office. No matter what party is in power. We exist to end executive session. We exist to end governing in secret. The business of government is the people's business and should be open to the public.

We want to express our gratitude to everyone who made donations yesterday. We’d like to share the current accounting summary with you all, which is also available for public viewing on the PDC website. We want to be completely transparent, especially regarding our finances. This campaign offers us no personal gain; our sole objective is to put an end to local government corruption. In fact, we are on the hook personally to cover any legal fees that may arise. Should there be any funds remaining at the end, we can all vote on which local charity to donate them to. Thank you once again for your support.

It seems Lisa Olsen has no shame, as her attorney has filed a motion for an appeal with the Supreme court. Additionally, she has obtained funding through our tax dollars to cover her legal fees. This means that this fight is going to take longer than we anticipated, and we will need more donations to assist with our legal costs.
