This is a blast from the past to see again - As State Auditor, I was requested to lead the team to audit Medicaid Eligibility for FY2019 and exposed a massive amount of questioned costs with millions paid out to proven ineligible recipients - back when the entire Medicaid budget was $5 Billion dollars. Seven years later, the situation is far worse. I look forward to action being taken on audits such as this that exposed the problems, and to review our recommendations shared to improve caretaking of taxpayer funds.
