🛑🛑 Unfortunately, we are going to have to CLOSE 345 Rd and Liberty Rd due to the tree and power line still being down. We are hopeful that it will be back open tomorrow. 🛑🛑

⚠️CAUTION⚠️ please drive safely this morning. We are aware of large trees with downed power lines on Celia Berryhill around 191st and on Liberty Rd at 345th. We will get those trees off the road as soon as we get the all-clear from the electric companies. There are numerous trees down all around the district. Call the office at 918-756-1531 to report any road issues.

⚠️District 2 is out preparing Honey Creek Rd for the resurfacing project that will begin soon. This project is partially funded by the Lake Access Grant that was applied for by Commissioner Ward. This area will be very busy with men and equipment for the next few weeks, save for the 4th of July timeframe. We appreciate your patience and caution during this work. ⚠️

A pre-bid meeting was held today in order to obtain bids for resurfacing 2.25 miles of Honey Creek Rd as a Lake Access Grant that was applied for in January 2025 and was approved on June 2, 2025. We anticipate having this completed this summer.

We are out and about thru the District with brushhogs and the A-Boom mower to clean the trees, brush, and tall grass back off of the roadways. It is a slow process with a lot of miles to cover. Please remember to give a wide space when going around these pieces of equipment.
