If you are already a permanent vote by mail or if you have previously "opted out", then you will not receive the letter. Per the state of Illinois, we are required to send this letter every two years. Please fill the form out and return it to prevent future mailings. This is a costly task that we are forced to do! If you do not want to vote my mail, mark the "opt out" box. If you would like to vote by mail, mark the box that you prefer. You can mail them back to us, bring them into the office, email them to [email protected]. I will also open our ballot drop box up first thing Monday morning so you will be able to utilize that.
