There’s always something happening at the Orange City Public Library! Whether you’re looking for a fun outing with your kids, a creative way to spend an afternoon, or a chance to meet new people, we will have events for all ages and interests this fall.
Families can enjoy our popular story times, now with even more options, including a new afternoon story time and a school-age story time. Kids can get creative with art activities, LEGO building, and Maker Space projects, while tweens and teens can take on fun challenges designed just for them.
Adults can unwind with unique events like Vines & Verse, an evening of w**e and poetry, test their teamwork at Pizza, Puzzles & Pitchers, hear local author Howard Schaap share his work, or attend one of our informative presentations on a variety of topics.
September is also Library Card Sign-up Month, making it the perfect time to discover everything your library has to offer. If you don’t already have a library card, stop in and see what the library is all about. A library card opens the door to books, movies, games, digital resources, educational tools, and so much more—all free to use.
