There’s been a lot happening at our park this week!

A huge shout-out to our City of Osseo Public Works team for the incredible amount of work they’ve been putting in to get the site renovation underway. This is a major undertaking, and our crew has been working hard to keep things moving and to make real progress.

We’re very appreciative of the time, effort, and teamwork going into this project and are excited to see it continue taking shape!

In accordance with the national proclamation, the City of Osseo is lowering our flags to half staff as we join the nation in mourning the loss of music icon, Dolly Parton.

Her music and legacy will be remembered for generations. ❤️🇺🇸

The City of Osseo held the first kickoff meeting for our new strategic plan today!

We were grateful to have representatives from local businesses, Mayo Clinic, the Osseo Fairchild School District, the City, the Lions Club, and other community organizations take part in the conversation. Thank you to everyone who invested their time, shared ideas, and helped identify priorities for Osseo’s future.

By working together, we can continue making Osseo a great place to live, learn, work, and play!

⚠️ TRAFFIC ALERT ⚠️

The eastbound lanes of Interstate 94 near Osseo will be temporarily closed while crews repair road buckling that has occurred.

Multiple law enforcement agencies are on scene assisting with traffic control, and the Osseo Fire Department is also providing assistance.

Please avoid the area, use an alternate route if possible, and use caution when approaching emergency vehicles and personnel. We will share additional information as it becomes available.

Good news, Osseo—the pool is OPEN today for normal hours! Grab the sunscreen, find the goggles, and come make a splash. Cannonballs are encouraged! 😎

Osseo Pool Update!

The pool will still hold scheduled swimming lessons and test-outs today. However, the pool will not open for public swimming.

While we understand this removes an option for kids to cool off and swim, we do not believe it is fair or safe to require our lifeguard staff to work outside under the current air quality conditions.
