CURRENT COVID-19 GUIDELINES – updated January 3, 2021

As COVID rates and hospitalizations continue to climb, the Borough is changing requirements within Borough facilities and to attend meetings at Borough Hall.
We will monitor the situation closely in the weeks ahead, and update changes to Borough policy as warranted.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

GUIDELINES FOR BOROUGH BUILDINGS
Masks are required when visiting all Borough buildings regardless of vaccination status. We ask visitors to limit those in the office to 1 person at a time and maintain some distance if waiting in the lobby for access to Borough services. We strongly encourage anyone having business with the Borough to do so by phone or email and limit in-person contact as much as possible. Please note, parking passes can now and should be purchased online at: https://www.tocite.net/boroughofoxford/portal

GUIDELINES FOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS
• Masks are required to attend all Borough Meetings
• Masks and hand sanitizer are available outside the Council Room
• Please maintain some distance. We will provide additional space to encourage distancing when needed.

The Borough will continue to follow CDC, PA Department of Health, and Chester County guidelines and requirements:

County and State elected officials continue working behind the scenes through the holidays, and for as long as it takes, to ensure crucial healthcare services remain in central, western and southern parts of the County.

For the short-term, we are sharing information and resources for those impacted by the hospital closures at chesco.org/hospitals. This information will be updated as needed.

Meet Cash the Elf. He is the Oxford Area Chamber of Commerce Elf. Follow Cash for the next month and see the businesses that he visits, all in support of the Oxford Police Department Toy Drive. Each business will make a donation for Cash to come visit and take a photo. 100% of the donations are given to the OPD for the toy drive. The toys are given out during a fun Christmas "Santa Police" parade with Santa Clause in a patrol car. The Christmas “Santa Police" parade aims to visit every street in Oxford Borough on Christmas Eve morning to distribute a toy to every Borough child between 0-16 years of age who comes out of their home to meet the officers that serve them. #oxforpa #oxfordpachamber #CashtheElf
