It is that time of year again, WEEDS. Now is the time to start prepping for w**d spraying, they will start showing soon. Same protocols as before, skin covered, shoes not flip fops or slides. The usual precautions. All we are saying is to be smart about it. It is a magical time of year, everything is blooming, everything is coming back to life. Remember, preventive maintenance is a lot cheaper than replacement.

There is something I would like to advise all homeowners to do. Add a shut off valve to your sprinkler system. It is a way to kill the water to the property irrigation system while not affecting the water to your home. It makes everything in your irrigation system separate from the house supply and it makes maintenance a lot easier. Just a word from your hometown irrigation repair company.

Well spring is on the way, and the w**ds are already coming in. Take control of them now, before they get out of control. All they need is a week or two. Spray, spray, spray. And please don’t spray in flip flops shirt sleeve shirt and shorts. Long pants, long sleeve shirt, work shoes, mask and gloves. Remember, be smart and you will be safe.

Cold weather is here, any exposed water pipes need to be insulated. Small palm trees should be covered to prevent freeze damage, burlap works very well for this. Trimming and pruning should be delayed for now to prevent damage and shock to the plant. Trimming and pruning should be done about the 2nd week in Feb.

I will post more later. Spring is coming.
