I personally want to thank everyone who has been involved in my campaign—whether through small gestures or truly impactful contributions. Every act of generosity and selflessness has meant so much to me and has not gone unnoticed.

As we approach the final day of voting, I’ll be signing offline to spend time with friends and family. Together, we’ll be marking the close of this election season and anxiously awaiting what the next 24–48 hours will bring.

I humbly ask for your vote, and encourage you to remind your friends and family to get out and vote tomorrow for Kayla Ball for Nye County Clerk.

May the best candidate win. No matter the outcome, I will respect the decision of the public and their choice of who they want to serve in this role.

Good luck to all the candidates—running for office is never easy, and it takes courage to put yourself out there. While we all hope to win, only one person will, and I respect everyone who stepped up to take part in this process.

Oh what a journey it has been 💕🗳️

It has been a very slow turn out to early voting with only 1,116 ballots cast so far.

If elected, one of my main goals is to increase voter participation by restoring the public’s faith in the process. I plan on holding election events similar to the events hosted by other Nevada counties.

Clark County hosts Q&As so the public can receive information about new voting machines and procedures.

Carson City holds PUBLIC Logic & Accuracy testing demonstrating how voting equipment is tested to ensure accuracy.

All simple things to encourage voter participation in the community. Completely doable and easy to coordinate, Nye County simply isn’t doing it. Let’s change that!

It takes a village. I couldn’t do it without the volunteers and community members that have supported me so much through this campaign. I work two full time jobs, in school full time, and have a barn full of animals. When life gets busy I know I can rely on those who believe in me enough to selflessly be involved in my campaign. I can’t thank them enough! What a beautiful journey it has been. I’ve learned so much about myself, I’ve met so many wonderful people, and made so many memories. It really has been a fulfilling experience. No matter how this thing shakes out, I already won.

A concern has been brought to my attention that a candidate was electioneering inside the Pahrump Senior Center early voting polling location yesterday.

All candidates, campaign groups, observers, poll watchers, and anyone conducting exit polls must abide by the election laws set forth in the Nevada Revised Statutes for polling places. Pursuant to NRS 293.740, anyone in violation of NRS 293.740 may be charged with a gross misdemeanor.

It is unlawful inside a polling place, within 100 feet from the entrance to the building or other structure in which a polling place is located.

It is making me really question the security of our polling locations. Who is running this location during early voting?

Shame on the candidate that did this, it is unethical and illegal. It is unfair to all other candidates who were specifically told they were not allowed at the Pahrump Senior Center, even outside of the 100 feet rule, during early voting.

As Nye County Clerk, I would not allow something like this to happen. If it did I would immediately stop it or correct the issue and report the individual for violating election laws.

My opponent continues speaking negatively about her own staff, telling voters that if she is not elected there will be “zero experience” in the Clerk’s Office. That is simply not true.

The Pahrump staff alone has a combined experience of more than 30 years, and both the Pahrump and Tonopah offices are involved in every aspect of the election process. Voters should not be misled by scare tactics.

If experience and preparedness are truly concerns, then voters should ask why an office led for the past two years has not ensured proper training and support for its staff. To me, this only emphasizes that new leadership and better management are needed.

Over the course of this campaign, many individuals have shared concerns and information with me. I have chosen not to publicly identify or expose those individuals because I believe in protecting the people who trusted me enough to speak up. Even though it would greatly benefit my campaign.

I have also been told that my opponent has suggested she may resign depending on the outcome of the Primary. Voters deserve stability, professionalism, and leadership focused on serving the public — not uncertainty during an important election season.

I have worked incredibly hard over the last several months to earn the support of this community through honest campaigning, listening to voters, and focusing on solutions. I believe campaigns should be about qualifications, leadership, and the future of our county — not fear-based messaging.

I have demonstrated how my qualifications relate and will be implemented at the Clerk's office.

I will continue running my campaign with integrity, transparency, and respect for the voters of Nye County. I understand I may not get every vote and I will respect the outcome of this election, as any candidate should. Its up to the voters to decide.
