Delegate LaToya Marie Caldwell-Nkongolo a former official for Maryland’s Anne Arundel County who is now a Maryland state delegate, said the trends call on the region to embrace new ways of making money.

“D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia need a stronger, more diversified economy driven by entrepreneurship and innovation, not permanent dependence on taxpayer-funded jobs,” said Ms. LaToya Nkongolo an analyst at the conservative National Center for Public Policy Research’s Project 21.

It was an honor to celebrate America250 Independence Day by marching with Dan Cox for Governor & in the Dundalk Independence Day Parade. It was great to see so many patriotic families and community members celebrating our nation's founding.

The Maryland Black Republican Council came out & celebrated this America250th anniversary year with Nicole Beus Harris & Maryland Republican Party at their Red White Blue dinner. A sold out event & a great time was had by all! Great to see national committee woman Nicolee Ambrose in attendance & all the patriots from around the state of Maryland. Thanks Flowers for Maryland, Delegate LaToya Marie Caldwell-Nkongolo,Mofor 4 Maryland, BJ Hall for State Delegate Domonic Martin & so many other great MDBRC council members from around the state that came out for this anniversary event!
