Disability Mentoring Day provides students and recent graduates with disabilities an opportunity to network with Royal Caribbean Group employees, learn about career paths, and gain valuable workplace insights through hands-on job shadowing experiences.

We are seeking college juniors, seniors, recent graduates, and other qualified individuals with disabilities who are interested in exploring careers and professional development opportunities.
