When supporters become family. 🫶🏽🙏🏾♥️
I'm still at war with myself when it comes to accepting gifts and feeling like I deserve them. It's something I'm still learning to navigate because trauma takes time to heal from. I can't even begin to explain how much the kindness, patience, and love I've received this past year have meant to me. Thank you to everyone who has been so gentle with me, even during moments when I struggle to be gentle with myself. I'm still healing, still learning, and slowly learning that it's okay to receive the same love I try so hard to give to others. ♥️

Fun fact: I had NEVER made Sancocho before this week! I actually taught myself how to make it just a few days ago, so receiving this kind of feedback really puts my nerves at ease. I was genuinely praying that you all would enjoy it! 🥹
I put so much love and effort into making it as flavorful as possible while still allowing the natural flavors of each vegetable, plantain, and dumpling to shine through. I wanted every ingredient to have its moment without overpowering the others. ❤️
Knowing that you all enjoyed something I made for the very first time means more to me than you know. Thank you for continuing to trust me in the kitchen and allowing me to share my love for Puerto Rican food with you! 🇵🇷

I have already taken all Sancocho orders for today. Tomorrow there's already orders in place but I will do my best to make extra but if I can't I will take orders for Friday Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind I still have plenty of frozen food left like pastelillos, sorullos con queso, alcapurria de yuca and alcapurria de guineo.

Family, the feed back I received from everyone who picked up Sancocho previously is the reason why I'll have it again this week. My Sancocho will be packed in a deli container just like this photo but in a bigger sized container. It will come with a side of white rice. The white rice will be packed in a container similar to this photo.
My Sancocho has many things in it like, pork chunks, beef short ribs, chicken breast, yautía, yuca, plantains, green banana dumplings, carrots and potatoes.
I don't have a date yet but it will most likely be this Thursday after 4pm. The good thing about Sancocho for those that are not familiar, you can pack it in your freezer. It's perfect for cold winter nights.

Hello family,
Just an update. I had my eye appointment today. I officially have dates for Eye surgery and unfortunately, this year, I will not be doing holiday catering for Thanksgiving or Christmas as my first surgery is 2 days before Thanksgiving and my second surgery is a week before Christmas.

Hey Family I wanted to come on here and change my post so that there's no confusion. This week I have frozen items only with a few other items like cream of wheat and containers of sauce. Everything frozen is vacuum sealed to keep it fresh and to last longer. The alcapurrias are sealed by 2 and the sorullos con queso are sealed by 3, the pastelillos are sealed individually.
2 Alcapurrias (Guineo, Yuca) $8
3 sorullos con queso $6.75
1 Pastelillo(cheese, beef, chicken) $4
Green sauce $6
Mayo Ketchup $6
Pick up is tomorrow through Friday

Saturday and Sunday

Please meet my beautiful mother Bernice♥️🥹🙏🏾 after so many years of trying to find this video so that I can heal the little girl in me, someone sent it to me Yesterday. Before I opened it I cried so much just thinking of all the years I have searched the internet and written letters. I just wanted to finally hear her voice again. The last time I watched this video was when I was a little girl. I watched it so many times lastnight. This is the woman in the picture you always see me with during all of my milestones for Bori. She is the reason I do this.
From what I've been told, my mother use to sell food as well and snacks. ♥️♥️🥹🙏🏾
