King Moore, wants to take away all local government rights to decide on zoning. This means only King Moore and his democrat disciples will decide whether your neighborhood is zoned for commercial, high density, or single family homes! which means he can zone where you live so that condos, appartments, townhomes or the miniture homes he's suggesting, can be built right nest door to you! HB 239. This will destroy neighborhoods, lower everyone's property values and chase more tax paying residents out of the state!
