Yes indeed, John Duresky for Congress is the clear choice for the 4th Congressional District, Washington!

Whose aims are best for the 4th? "If you want a different direction — one centered on Central Washington and working families — Duresky is the clear choice. It’s time to embrace leadership with personal integrity, not political loyalty." —Meghan Anderson, Ellensburg

John Duresky for Congress's opponent, Amanda McKinney, took in nearly $1 million, outraising John by about 7 to 1. Super PACs, largely funded by AI and cryptocurrency interests, spent $2.2 million to ensure McKinney would be the Republican pick.

Hello Everyone! We are super excited‼️
We just picked up our new yard signs. 🤠
Who would like to have one..!!!? 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏽
Let me know and we’ll drop it off or you can swing by anytime and we’ll leave it by the door.
💙
Now that we are getting ready for the General Election in 2 months, I am humbly asking for everyone’s support and if you could Please donate which will help us win the 14th District.
People wonder, does $20 really make a difference? Absolutely!!! I'm running against a Republican challenger in November who is backed by tens of thousands of dollars in contributions. I don't come from generational wealth. I'm the son of immigrant parents who came to the United States of America seeking the life of the American Dream and built their lives from scratch.
Today, I'm a proud father, a small business owner, an electrical tradesman, and I'm running because I believe the 14th District and ALL Washingtonians deserve a strong voice in Olympia.
We're not being powered by wealthy donors. We're being powered by everyday people like you who chip in $5, $10, or $20 because they believe in what we're trying to accomplish here in Central Washington.
If you're able, please consider contributing $20 or any amount your heart desires.
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference in getting the word out.
Please click on the link to donate and Please share this post. 🙏🏼

A good reminder for all!

School buses are back on Washington roads! And that means it's time for a refresher on when to stop. 🚌🛑

During a single day in 2026, Washington school bus drivers reported 960 illegal passes. If that pace continued across the 180-day school year, it would amount to more than 172,000 violations.

With nearly 341,000 Washington students riding the bus each day, knowing the rules matters.

🛑Flashing red lights or stop arm out? STOP.
🛑On a two-lane road, traffic in both directions must stop.
🛑On roads with three or more marked lanes, drivers traveling in the opposite direction generally do not have to stop, but drivers traveling in the same direction as the bus always do.

Illegally passing a stopped school bus carries a mandatory $500 fine.

Check out the graphic for a quick guide and read our full press release here: https://ospi.k12.wa.us/about-ospi/news-center/news-releases/school-buses-are-back-know-when-stop to learn more about school bus safety, Washington's stopping laws, and what drivers should know as students head back to school.

When in doubt, stop!

Thankful we have a Secretary of State who looks out for us, the voting public

Today, the United States Supreme Court lifted one of two injunctions that prevented the federal government from implementing new regulations on mail-in voting ahead of the November General Election. These changes would place significant burdens on county elections offices and the Office of the Secretary of State ahead of the upcoming midterm elections.
