Bluey moved outside today and I think he likes listening to the songs of his people!

Our boy Trooper ate a full bowl of mush this evening and he lapped it all up under his own power. I didn’t have to hold up or support his head in any way.

He also has his hind legs back. He can plant them, stand up on them and kick off with force. His front legs are getting better, they are no longer rigid but he is still knuckling. The steroids are helping tremendously and I am very optimist about a full recovery.

He has worked so hard and getting him outside yesterday made a huge difference in his mental state. A day out in the introduction cage where he can meet Gizmo and his future skulk is in his very near future.

This cutie was found newly grounded in Biloxi. His finder called in for help. The kit looked clean and well cared for, so Raquel asked the finder to contain the baby in a box, have it make noise and then walk away.

Within ten minutes the finder called back saying mama came and retrieved her baby and climbed back in to an abandoned building next door.

Keeping families together is always the best option. ❤️
