Paxton’s Old Fashioned 4th of July at Pells Park is right around the corner and we’re looking for a few helping hands at the Paxton Area Chamber of Commerce stands! ❤️🤍💙

✨ Pop Stand

You can sign up for a 1,2,3 or 4 hour shift — whatever works best for your schedule!

It’s a fun way to support our community and be part of one of Paxton’s favorite traditions. 🇺🇸

Draggin’ Main T-shirts on sale now at Paxton Mercantile Company!

Draggin' Main T-shirts ON SALE FRIDAY & SATURDAY!

T-shirts are gray, short sleeve, 90% cotton/10% Spandex and will be offered in unisex sizes Sm-3XL.

$20 each

•Friday shirts will be available at Paxton Mercantile Company (151 N. Market St.) from 12-4pm. Cash and credit/debit cards accepted. Buy your shirt Friday so you can wear it to the cruise on Saturday!

•Saturday shirts will be available at the Community Pancake Breakfast from 8-11am at Veterans Square (237 S. Market St.) and at the Paxton Main Street concession stand from 4-7pm at Veterans Square. Cash and credit/debit cards accepted. We will also have volunteers walking throughout the cruise selling t-shirts!

8-11am Pancake & Sausage Breakfast
10am-2pm FREE Historic Open Houses
3-8pm The Cruise on Market
4-7pm Concessions & Live Music at Veterans Square

A beautiful new addition to Downtown Paxton is officially complete! ✨

The new monument now stands proudly alongside the historic Paxton Carnegie Library, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this vision come to life. This project was originally included in the City of Paxton’s downtown improvement plan, and we were proud to partner with Paxton Main Street to help make it a reality.

A huge thank you to the crew at J&J Properties for their hard work on the installation, and a special thank you to Lee Farms Excavating for generously donating equipment during the project.

We’re grateful for the businesses, organizations, and community members who continue investing in the beauty and future of Paxton and it’s downtown! 💙

Today marks 17 years of Designer Dog Salon! 🐾

What started as a dream has grown into something truly special because of the amazing support from our customers, community, friends, and all of the wonderful dogs and cats we’ve had the privilege to care for over the years.

For 17 years, you’ve trusted us with your pets, celebrated milestones with us, supported our small business, and become part of the Designer Dog Salon family. We are so grateful for every appointment booked, every recommendation shared, and every wagging tail that walks through our doors.
