EMS workers in Texas deserve a strong, unified voice. The TX chapter of EMS PAC exists to advocate for fair treatment, safer working conditions, and meaningful policy change, while also supporting the mental health and well-being of our providers. Our goal is to build a statewide network focused on peer support, education, and engagement with legislators to ensure EMS is finally recognized as the essential service it is.
If you work in EMS and want genuine representation and real change in Texas EMS, this is where it begins.
This platform allows EMS personnel living or working in Texas to share job information, report hardships, and organize meetings and events to foster better support.
We have systems in place to respond to assaults, crashes, injuries, and member hardships. Please report incidents here and on www.emspac.org, providing actionable and verified data whenever possible.
We are also interested in notable calls, meritorious acts, and newsworthy items.
