Each year, July, is National Parks and Recreation Month. Although this year has brought circumstances many of us could have never expected, the mission of Pearland Parks and Recreation remains to serve and build our community.

Virtual Animal Trivia June 17th, 2020
Camp KIA staff members are hosting Virtual Animal Trivia on June 17th @ 4PM for ages 6-10! We've designed 4 rounds of animal trivia for 1st-5th grade knowledge. Please read all the below details so that you are prepared for Virtual Animal Trivia!
How will the trivia work?
We will stream the questions live from the Pearland Parks & Recreation page and players will answer in real time using their smartphone. There will be 4 rounds of 10 questions each. Every round will last about 10-15 minutes and players can join in at the start of each round, using the game code we provide at the start of each round.
What do I need in order to play?
Participants at home will need 2 things! 1. a device to watch the live feed through Facebook. This may be a computer, tablet, smart phone, or TV. 2. A smart phone to answer the questions. To play log in to www.kahoot.it on your smart phone or download the Kahoot app. We will provide a game code at the start of each round of trivia.
What if I don't have multiple devices?
Watch the live video stream and track your answers at home on paper. All questions will only be viewable through the Facebook Live video feed.
