We will have a treat in the farmstand this weekend! Dad and I harvested 20lbs of honey this morning. Hopefully this is just the beginning as we added 3 more hives to the family. Check out how clear the honey is-Have you had honey from a flower farm?

This is the perfect weekend to post about our greenhouse rental space. We get a lot of emails, phone calls and messages about what the outside space looks like this time of year. I usually refer everyone to look at our post as we are busy in the fields planting away to make our summer just as beautiful as our Spring. If you have questions on the rental please shoot me a DM or feel free to text. Until then, enjoy our view in Mid May.

It’s Memorial weekend and it looks like it will be a rainy one. That’s no surprise for Indiana nowadays, however we have lots of flowers blooming in the fields.

Campanula
Larkspur
Bachelor buttons
Orlaya
Peonies and much more.

You’re in luck because this weekend we will have peony bouquets along with mixed bouquets in our Farmstand! We will also be stocking it back with hats, tshirts, market bags and much more.

Don’t forget about our fresh Strawberries (they are going fast)

The peony festival is postponed until Sunday!

As we get ready for the peony festival, we took sometime out to pick some strawberries!
Have you ever had a fresh picked strawberry🍓 even better warmed by the sun…yum.

We do have many different varieties (which I don’t remember) but they are delicious.
I do know that we do have some that are everbearing and June bearing-that is why we have them now.

So-We will put them in the stand when we can. Right now we have 9 containers and maybe more this weekend. Happy Friday!!

Good morning! It looks like we will have 1 more night of low 40’s weather and then it will be time for planting! We are a little late in the season, however that is why here at Earl grey fields, we always go by the old wives tale-planting after Mother’s Day!
If you bought cut garden starts they will be ready for pick up tomorrow 🌱🌱

We did get over 1000 dahlias planted this weekend and we have done lots and lots of clean up! What’s up next?
The peony festival is Saturday
Ranunculus get pulled from the tunnel
Summer flowers are put in
Mulching and spreading dirt and lots of watering. Summer is almost here ☀️☀️

Happy Mothers Day!

We have sold out of our bouquets! If you need something on the fly today shoot me a DM. I will be busy planting in the fields and prepping for the peony festival.
The stand will be open but only for house plants, tshirts, market bags, canvas bags and hats.
