THE OFFICAL VENDOR MAP IS OUT! (*map subject to change with last minute vendors)
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT (VENDOR LIST AND LOCATION BELOW!)
please note that all numbers on the map between 1 and 12 are in a straight line. various seating and eating areas will be available around the floor and out on the patio with food and beverage vendors on site!. Stag Bar will not be in use for the event, no alcohol will be served at this event. Main event is on the first floor across 2 rooms (see map attached to this post) upstairs is the entrance to the Haunted House which goes from the Ballroom and spirals into the spooky basement with actors, props and more. Haunted House opens at 4pm until 6pm for small children and then from 6pm to 8pm adults can go thru the scarrier version for $5 per person with added effects. all 1 and 2 day vendors are on the same floors some booths will change out during the event due to one day attendees. The pumpkin patch pumpkins along the brick wall (pumpkin patch) will be for sale at $5 a pumpkin purchase can be made at the information deck. The pumpkins were all generously donated by Echo Corn Maze and all proceeds will be donated to Hands and Feet one of our on site non profits vendors. Hands and feet will be selling the pumpkins on saturday.
Food and drink is available at the Lounge Bar from Lance with the Electric Sundown, outside near the "outside deck" from 3rd Generation BBQ and saturday from #25 booth in the second room of the event. the information desk will also be accepting coat donations for locals in need.
