With today being my last day as Town Supervisor, I want to thank you for the opportunity to serve. It has been a privilege to hold this office for the past two years, and I’ve deeply enjoyed getting to know so many of you along the way.

I also want to thank the incredible Town of Penfield staff. We are fortunate to have you, and I know you will continue to do great things as you serve our residents.

I wish our incoming Supervisor, Kevin Berry, and the Town Board much success.

We’re actively monitoring the high wind event impacting our area, and our Department of Public Works is ready to respond as needed. Please exercise caution if you’re traveling today.

⚠️ High Wind Warning: A High Wind Warning remains in effect through this evening, with strong winds expected across our area. Downed trees and power lines are possible during the wind event.

🔌 You can monitor the latest power outage information, including estimated restoration times, here: outagemap.rge.com

🪾Downed trees in Town roadways and hazardous road conditions can be reported to our DPW by calling 585-340-8710.

🚦Treat all traffic signal outages as a four-way stop.

🎄Due to the Christmas holiday, Town offices will close at noon tomorrow, Wednesday, December 24, and reopen on Monday, December 29. Penfield Public Library will be closed December 24–26.

As I prepare to conclude my time as Town Supervisor, I want to thank you for the privilege of serving our community. There is so much to be proud of in what we’ve accomplished together, and I know great things are ahead for Penfield.

It’s hard to believe that my two years as Town Supervisor will wrap up in just a few short weeks. It has truly been an honor to serve this community, and I am thankful for the trust you have placed in me.
