May was so much fun! We got to do our ABC Bootcamp Fashion Show and attend the petting zoo from PTHS FFA. We also did all kinds of fun surprise activities from Mrs. Payton's Top Secret May Calendar. Activities included water play day, popsicle day, bikes, bubbles, chalk, extra recess, McDonald's lunch, movie/popcorn day, paint day, and shaving cream play day. It was SO MUCH FUN!!!

I am going to miss you all but, I know you will be in good hands next year! Have an awesome and safe summer! 🥰

And, that's a wrap!!! 🥰 What a year! Whew!!! 🤪

April was super busy and so much fun! We learned all about life cycles, specifically plants, chickens, and frogs. 🐸🐣 We also learned about dinosaurs! 🦖🦕We talked about farms and where our food comes from, too! 🚜🐓🦤🐄🐎🐖🐑🐐

In February, we learned about community helpers and being kind. We made Love Bug Buckets to carry our Valentines. We played gift shop and post office in our dramatic play center. We learned about penguins and how they live in the Antarctic. 👮‍♂️👷‍♀️👨‍🌾🧑‍🍳👩🏾‍🏫👨🏿‍🚒👨🏻‍✈️🥰🐧🌬🌨

March was a lot of fun! We learned about transportation and the many different kinds! We learned all about rainbows, how they are formed, and about the colors. We also learned about fairy tales and what makes a story a fairy tale. Ask us...we know! We sewed little shoes just like the elves in The Elves and the Shoemaker and we grew beanstalks just like Jack! We even had a real fairy tale castle with a giant! 🫅👸🏾🧙‍♀️🧜‍♀️🪡🧵🥀🌱🍎🌈🚗🚌🚜🚛🛵🚲🛴🦼🚝🚂🛩✈️🚀🚁🚢🛳🏰

January was "snow" much fun! We wrapped up our unit on arctic animals, learned about space, being kind, got to be astronauts and ice fisherman, and got to attend the wedding of Mr. Q and Ms. U! 🐰🐻‍❄️🐺🪐💫🌕🌞❄️🤵🏾‍♂️👰‍♀️🐟🎣👩‍🚀

December was so much fun!!! We learned all about Arctic animals! 🐻‍❄️🐰🐶🦉🐺🦭🐋❄️ Our Christmas program was so cute and we got to wear our pajamas! And, best of all.... we got to meet Santa!!! We know him!!! 🤶🎅

November was so much fun! We learned a lot about our veterans and why we celebrate Veterans Day. We had some Veterans come to our class and read us books about different branches of the military and answer our questions. We even got to see a real Humvee and climb through it! We read a lot of Native authored books and had a feast where we ate fry bread made by Mrs. Payton! 🥰🦃🇺🇸
