NOTICE: Perry Hall Christian School will open for students on September 8th, which will undoubtedly cause delays along Schroeder Avenue and the surrounding neighborhood. In addition, there is construction that will take place for the entirety of the school year. If you'll be in the affected area, please take the time to read the entire notice below from Perry Hall Christian School.
Please slow down and use extra caution around students, pedestrians, and construction crews. Safety should be everyoneโs priority.
I appreciate Perry Hall Christian School and Perry Hall Baptist Church for keeping the community informed, and Iโm grateful for the strong partnership between the school, church, Baltimore County, and the surrounding community as this project moves forward. These improvements will not only benefit the PHCS/PHBC campus, but will also enhance the public infrastructure and pedestrian access along Schroeder Avenue.

๐จ SCHROEDER AVENUE NEIGHBORS: IMPORTANT TRAFFIC & CONSTRUCTION NOTICE ๐จ
Perry Hall Christian School starts next week, and we want to give our neighbors along Schroeder Avenue and throughout the Perry Hall community an important heads-up about increased school traffic and ongoing construction.
๐ซ School Traffic โ What to Expect
During school arrival, traffic along Schroeder Avenue and at the campus entrance will be heaviest approximately:

7:20โ8:00 a.m. | MondayโFriday
During afternoon dismissal, traffic will be heaviest approximately:
๐ 2:40โ3:10 p.m. | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
๐ 1:45โ2:15 p.m. | Thursdays
๐๏ธ IMPORTANT: Panther Center Construction
The Panther Center is currently under construction and will remain an active construction site through next spring. All school and campus traffic will enter and exit through Schroeder Avenue.
This is a change from previous years when campus traffic could also use Cliffvale Avenue, so we anticipate increased traffic along Schroeder during arrival and dismissal.
In addition, construction crews are making improvements along our Schroeder Avenue frontage, including the extension of curb and gutter and installation of a new sidewalk along the PHCS/PHBC property. This work will continue into the fall.

We ask everyone who uses Schroeder Avenueโincluding our school families, church members, neighbors, and the surrounding communityโto please allow extra time, exercise caution, and be especially attentive around the construction areas and tradespeople working on site. Remember, the first two weeks are the most challenging as everyone settles back into their routine and adjusts to these changes.
We know that increased traffic and construction can create additional challenges for our neighbors, and we sincerely appreciate your patience, attention, and cooperation as we begin a new school year and continue this important campus improvement project.
