Our service areas include LaSalle, Bureau, and Putnam Counties. Nearly 90% of our clients are from this area or have roots here.

Within our service area, we cover a total of 2,194 square miles and serve a population of more than 155,000 people. With an area this large, transportation often becomes a critical need.

We are especially grateful for our local law enforcement departments and their continued assistance in helping transport individuals experiencing homelessness to local shelters. Your support makes a meaningful difference in our communities every day.

🏗️ Update on the New IV PADS Ottawa Shelter Building Project 🏗️

The new Ottawa Shelter building project is moving right along! The siding is now being installed on the building. Even with the pouring rain today, progress continues to be made. 🌧️

Because of the weather, we were only able to get an exterior photo, but we wanted to share this exciting update with everyone following the project. Thank you for your continued support and encouragement as we work toward expanding services for those in need in our community. 💙
