Phillips Scarecrow Reunion 23rd Annual Phillips Scarecrow Reunion- October 5 23rd Annual Phillips Scarecrow Reunion- October 4 & 5. All Scarecrows must be placed by noon time on October 5.

It’s the time of the year when the air gets cool and crisp, the foliage peaks and the scarecrows gather in Phillips. We invite families, business,’ groups and individuals to get their creative juices flowing by erecting a scarecrow at the Scarecrow Lot. The lot is located in Phillips on Main Street at the intersection of Rt. 142 and Rt. 149. Each scarecrow should be strong enough to endure at leas

t 2 weeks of weather and wind. Please, note that all scarecrows must be taken down by October 19. In an effort to get more business’, groups, families and individuals involved in this fun event, we will be discontinuing the registration fee and will have one Peoples Choice award. Votes will be taken from October 5th through Columbus Day. Donations will be accepted with all proceeds going to the Phillips Conservation Commission.
